GENERAL CONDITIONS

THE PLATFORM, known as SHUFFLE ACADEMY, legally registered at Calle Ferran Agullo 14], grants USERS access to its premium content, which includes video lessons, educational resources, and related materials (hereinafter «THE PROGRAM»). This content is available through digital platforms such as web browsers or mobile applications, and, where applicable, additional documentation may be provided for download.

2. USERS will gain access to THE PROGRAM, which consists of professionally produced instructional videos and relevant supplementary materials (if available). This access is granted upon acceptance of these terms and compliance with the required payment structure, whether through a monthly/yearly subscription or a one-time full payment.

3. USERS commit to the following:

• Avoid establishing a competing business that mirrors or closely resembles the services outlined in these terms. However, they may create original dance routines and instructional content based on their learning.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary knowledge and methodologies shared by THE PLATFORM.

• Refrain from sharing, distributing, or duplicating video content outside the official Virtual School, ensuring it remains inaccessible to unauthorized parties.

• Uphold the integrity, reputation, and branding associated with THE PLATFORM and its affiliated instructors.

4. Both parties mutually agree to forgo any alternative jurisdiction and instead resolve legal matters under the exclusive authority of the courts in Barcelona.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund, the following conditions apply:

1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. If the user has consumed more than 80% of the content, no refund will be issued.
3. Once the 14-day period has elapsed, no refund requests will be accepted for any purchases made.
